How the practice works

Cancelling and changing a visit

Please tell me at least 24 hours ahead if you need to change or cancel, so I can offer the evening to someone else. A late change may carry a fee, and I will tell you when you book. If you are ill, call and we will sort it out.

Clean needles and safety

Every needle is sterile, single-use and disposed of in a sharps container. I clean my hands and your skin first. I use gloves where it is called for. I explain the risks of any treatment before it starts, and I stop if you ask.

Herbs and supplements

I don't sell or prescribe herbs. If you take herbs or supplements, tell me and bring a list of everything you take, so I know what is in your day.

Access

The practice is on the ground floor with a step-free entrance and a bathroom you can enter with a walker. The table is height-adjustable. Tell me what would make the visit easier and I will set it up.

Privacy

I keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. More on the Privacy page.
